Check In With Yourself

It’s Evaluate Your Life Day later this week, so a timely reminder on the importance of checking in with yourself and assessing whether you’re still on the right track.

It may sound a little ‘fluffy’ but if you don’t pause and take time out to evaluate your life, then you can’t plan to improve it.

It’s also important to recognise and celebrate the progress you’ve made, however big or small those milestones may be.

Allocate 90 minutes this week to:

  • Break down your life into different parts (i.e., work, family, education etc).

  • Evaluate each area, considering your goals and habits.

  • Identify what things can be made constant, and which need modifying.

  • Plan and act!

You may find that you don’t like where you are and want to make changes to move forward with your goals...

Maybe you’ll find that you’re making the progress you wanted to, and everything is moving along smoothly...

Most likely it’ll wind up somewhere in between!

And by making this a habit by evaluating on a regular basis, you will become a better version of yourself.

As always, let me know how you get on.

Martin
