As business owners, it’s imperative we get out the weeds and spend time working ON the business, on the Strategy...
But it’s also imperative to have an Emotional Focus.
Can you imagine how different your day – and business – would be if you knew:
What made you sad, mad, and glad?
And...
How you made other people feel?
You see, having an Emotional Focus will help you and your team members support many functions and situations including:
Managing others
Developing leadership skills
Guiding decision-making
Resolving conflicts
Managing change
Increasing productivity
By becoming aware of how YOU impact others, as well as how you’re impacted by others, is a powerful place to be.
Something to really think about this week, because this will make you outperform in your marketplace.
