START The Habit (don’t kick it!)

Well, 2025 is finally here…

And as happens every single year around this time, we’re inundated with messages, posts and declarations from friends and family about what habit they’re kicking.

We’re bombarded with adverts on how to lose weight, eat less meat, stop smoking, do more exercise, cut back on X,Y,Z…

The underlying theme on the majority of these will be to STOP something.

Well, I’m here to say the opposite! I want you to START something!

When you mention the word ‘habit’, most people immediately think of a BAD habit. But habits can be GOOD, life changing in fact, because they are the key to your results and success.

To help you get started, I’m challenging you to create a 5 A Day Action Plan for your business (I know I set this every year, but for many it DOESN’T become habit!).

Your 5 A Day Action Plan Example:

If you told just 5 businesses every single day what you do…

  • Over a week, 25 prospects are now aware of what you do.

  • In a month, that’s 100 businesses.

  • Over a quarter, you’ll be on the radar of 325 businesses.

  • 6 months you’re looking at 650.

  • And a year … 1,300 businesses!

So, in one year, a quick and easy Daily Habit will mean you’ll reach over 1,300 businesses.

Now think about what that may mean to your bottom line.

You don’t need to use this exact example, but planned daily habits, actioned together, deliver the numbers in your business that will then deliver your goals. 

It’s then difficult to procrastinate.
