Time to START! Your 5 A Day Action Plan
It’s nearly 2020 and you’re no doubt gearing up for a night out, or a night in, so won’t keep you long.
Whatever your plans, one thing is for sure – you’ll be inundated with posts, tweets and updates from friends and family about what habit they’re kicking.
Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll be bombarded with promotional adverts on how to: lose weight, stop smoking, cut back on spending…
The underlying theme on the majority of these will be to STOP something.
Well, I’m here to say the opposite – I want you to START!
When you mention the word HABIT, most people immediately think of a bad habit. But habits can be GOOD, life changing in fact, because they are the key to your results and success.
To help you get started, I’m challenging you to create a 5 A Day Action Plan for your business. I bet you’ve already been doing this for your family for years via healthy food; can you imagine what it could mean to have a 5 A Day for your business?!
5 A Day Example
If you told 5 businesses a day what you actually do…
- Over a week, that is 25 businesses.
- A month, that’s 100.
- A quarter, 325 businesses.
- 6 months – 650.
- And a year … 1,300.
So, in one year, a quick and easy Daily Habit will mean you’ll reach over 1,300 businesses!
Now think about what that may mean to your bottom line.
Planned daily habits, actioned together, deliver the numbers in your business that will then delivery your goals. It’s then difficult to procrastinate.
