Your Stoptober Challenge
One of the biggest challenges you face is getting bogged down in the day-to-day running of the business.
It leads to frustration and boredom, and before you know it you’ve lost your way and, worst of all, you’ve lost your mojo.
Our focus is to help you create a business that consistently runs whether you turn up or not, and this week I have set you a challenge for October; it’s my very own Scale Stoptober Challenge.
It’s really simple; all you have to do during October is answer three questions:
1). What can you STOP doing to either eliminate, simplify or delegate?
2). What do you need to START doing? What changes can you/your team members make?
3). What should you CONTINUE doing to improve performance?
Simply draw up a one pager with these three headings and five bullets under each, provide enough copies for you and your team, and start using in your Daily Huddles and Weekly Meetings (there’s an example below).
Once you’ve completed this for one whole month, you can then aggregate to identify trends.
Not only will this help you prioritise, it will provide you with continuous feedback and help you improve performance across your team and ultimately your business.
