Your Plan & Project for the Week
First and foremost, we hope you’re staying safe and keeping well.
We’re 100% adhering to the physical isolation and trying our utmost to avoid mental isolation. We’re checking in with our clients every morning at 10am, continuing private client sessions via Zoom, running live training on focussed topics … plus juggling this with home schooling, personal development and fitness.
This time will vanish quickly (even though it doesn’t feel like it right now!), and our priority is to come out of this and emerge stronger.
The key to this is having a plan – what you’re going to do each day, each hour. The next 13-weeks is a normal period for a business cycle, and if you focus on proper planning, proper delivery and focusing on the right thing, we will all emerge stronger.
Your business will still need to run, and you’ll still need to service your customers; this is all about planning for proactive projects – not reactive ones.
This week, I want you to:
- Think about what proactive project you’re going to focus on this week…
- What Planes you need to Land to achieve this…
- Estimate what time you need for this…
- Plan it into hourly slots for this week.
After each week, review what worked, what didn’t, how close you were to the plan, what stopped you? After time, you’ll get better at PLANNING, EXECUTING & DELIVERING.
As with any project, accountability is key. If you have any thoughts and want to run them by me, I would love to hear from you and help hold you to account (virtually of course).
Make sense?
Happy Planning & Implementing!
BW,
Martin
