Your Cashflow Forecast
Whilst you may not be able to control the revenues into your business, you CAN influence the costs going out.
A key action that all businesses should do is to create a rolling 13-week Cashflow Forecast.
A properly scoped Cashflow Forecast will show you the various points of your cashflow, as well as the lowest dip.
Without this, ALL decisions you make will be guesswork at best.
Knowing this on a week by week basis will allow you to spend time on other aspects of your business that you can control like customer contact, marketing, videos, social media, how to processes etc.
Don’t Panic – Help is at Hand!
If you’ve not yet done this, or have but need some support, I’ve created an Excel Version for you. Simply email: cashflow@myadvocatementor.com and we’ll get a copy over to you.
Please use this to either get started (as a priority), or as a sense check.
Having clarity during these times will help you focus on the right things to do for your business.

Martin
