One of the biggest challenges you face in your business is getting bogged down in the day-to-day.
Before you know it, you’ve lost your way and, worst of all, you’ve lost your mojo.
So, to help you get out of the weeds, and into the position of creating a business that consistently runs whether you turn up or not, I’ve set you a task…

Your Stoptober Challenge!
It’s really simple; all you have to do over the next two weeks, is answer these 3 questions:
1). What can I STOP doing to either eliminate, simplify, or delegate?
2). What do I need to START doing? What changes can I/my team make?
3). What should I CONTINUE doing to improve performance?
Draw up a one pager with these three headings – STOP, START, CONTINUE – and five bullets under each. Then provide enough copies for you and your team and start using on a daily basis.
Once you’ve completed this, you can then aggregate to identify trends.
Not only will this help you prioritise, but it will also provide you with continuous feedback and help you improve performance across your team and ultimately your business.
