• Berkshire-based design agency Rouge Media wins coveted Ad Astra Award for business excellence
Specialist website design and digital branding agency Rouge Media, based in Theale, beat off strong competition from fellow members across the UK at the recent Ad Astra Awards 2016. Hosted by Scalability Coach Martin Norbury, Rouge Media won the coveted Ad Astra Award 2016; an accolade praising the company’s business excellence.
Co-founders of Rouge Media, Andy Woods and Stuart Taylor, have been working with Martin for over twenty-one months as part of the Advocate Program; a new approach to the principles of the Non-Executive Director which brings all the benefits and advantages “big” business have to the small-to-medium-sized business.
Martin commented: “Huge congratulations to Stuart and Andy for winning the overall honour of the day, the Ad Astra Award 2016. Here at Advocate, Ad Astra stands for our ambition for business growth and success for our clients, and Rouge have demonstrated this in abundance. They have high ambitions to transform their business, are enables and implementers, and are always prepared to look in the mirror to continually learn and develop on both a business and personal level. This award couldn’t have gone to two nicer, hardworking guys.”
Andy Woods, Design Director at Rouge Media, commented: “It’s a huge honour for Stu and I to win this, we were totally shocked based on the calibre of entrepreneurs and businesses in the room. As well as the running of our busy agency, we both have dedicated specialist roles within the team, but we’ve adapted our culture, and environment, to ensure we continually work ON our business, as well as IN it. Here’s to another challenging but rewarding year.”
