The One Question To STOP You Worrying
Business owners are faced with daily challenges, opportunities, and decisions to make.
One of the most common conversations I have with business owners is their worry over problems that they aren’t in control of.
And so, our conversation goes like this…
Expending effort and energy on problems that you cannot do anything about makes you feel drained, overwhelmed, and means you’re taking your eye off all those things you can make a difference on.
So, every time a problem arises in your business from now on, ask yourself this one simple question:
Can I do something about it?
If you can, then act (be it yourself, a member of your team, or asking someone for help).
And most importantly, don’t worry. Because worrying clouds your ability to make informed, rational decisions.
Easier said than done, but this shift in mindset will be one of the most liberating and productive things you can do in your business – and in life.
