Boosh 365 triumphs at Ad Astra Awards 2016
• Annual Awards organised by Business Mentor & Scalability Coach Martin Norbury celebrates achievements of its UK members
• Fleet-based Boosh 365 commended for customer service
Telecoms and IT experts Boosh 365, based in Fleet, beat off strong competition from fellow members across the UK at the recent Ad Astra Awards 2016. Hosted by Scalability Coach Martin Norbury, Boosh 365 received accolades for their impressive levels of customer service.
Boosh 365 were strong winners of the Made Me Feel Special Award 2016 as a direct result of a mystery shop undertaken by independent experts Shopper Anonymous Surrey & Hampshire prior to the awards ceremony. The firm scored highly on both the mystery shop phone call and the mystery online enquiry.
Boosh’s owners Mark and Sara Rose have been working with Martin for over 12 months as part of the Advocate Program; a new approach to the principles of the Non-Executive Director which brings all the benefits and advantages “big” business have to the small-to-medium-sized business.
Mark Rose, Managing Director of Boosh 365 commented: “Looking after our customers is at the heart of Boosh, so we’re extremely proud to have come out top for this award. It’s good to know that our team are consistently maintaining high standards of personal service whether we are dealing with enquiries over the telephone or via our website.”
Martin commented: “The Telecoms industry often faces bad press about service levels, but Mark, Sara and the team at Boosh 365 have heavily invested in getting the right systems, processes and people in place to ensure their customers remain happy. If you think Boosh are just providers of Telecoms and IT services, then you’re mistaken. What Boosh really stands for is helping the world communicate better, and winning this award shows this in abundance.”
