One direction
/in All Blog articles, March 2016 /by Jacki NorburyA big part of driving a successful business is to make sure that everything is aligned to the goal or objectives of the business, whether that is a weekly, monthly or greater goal. Is Retro Cool or just Clever?
/in All Blog articles, March 2016 /by Jacki NorburyDespite an explosion in digital and streaming music such as Spotify, people are spending more money on vinyl records, and more vinyl buyers are millennials. 1.3m vinyl albums were sold in 2014, the highest number in 20 years. Entrepreneurs Are The Wrong People To Grow Their Business
/in All Blog articles, March 2016 /by Stuart“Entrepreneurs are the lifeblood of the UK economy yet many businesses fail to live up to their full potential because the very skills that make entrepreneurs so valuable at the start-up phase often become a hindrance when it comes to scaling up.”

Martin, who has earned the badge The Scalability Coach, has first-hand-experience in growing businesses. In his new business book, I don’t work Fridays, he explains why the entrepreneur is the wrong person to grow their business, and reveals a simple 5-step formula to give business owners confidence to lead, a clear structure and process to follow, and a set of simple tools to help achieve sustainable growth and realise their ambitions.
