Well, I’m here to say the OPPOSITE! I want you to START something!
When you mention the word ‘habit’, most people immediately think of a BAD habit. But habits can be GOOD, life changing in fact, because they are the key to your results and success.
To help you get started, I’m challenging you to create a 5 A Day Action Plan for your business. I bet you’ve already been doing this for your family for years via healthy food; can you imagine what it could mean to have a 5 A Day for your business?!

If you told just 5 businesses every single day what you actually do…
- Over a week, 25 businesses are now aware of what you do.
- In a month, that’s 100 businesses.
- Over a quarter, you’ll be on the radar of 325 businesses.
- 6 months you’re looking at 650.
- And a year … 1,300 businesses!
So, in one year, one quick and easy Daily Habit will mean you’ll reach over 1,300 businesses.
